These terms and conditions apply to the Lifestyle Medicine and Wellness services offered by this business.
1. Corporate Wellness Workshops

Corporate wellness workshops will be tailored to the needs of the corporate client following discussion and agreement in advance.

Workshops will be delivered at the venue chosen and provided by the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients must ensure that appropriate accessibility, safety and privacy standards have been met and that participants at the venue are covered under their corporate insurance policies.

Workshops may be recorded for internal use within the organisation only, provided the express consent of participants has been obtained in advance. Any such recordings must not be shared on social media or outside the organisation without prior written permission.

These workshops are provided for general educational and wellbeing purposes only. They are not intended to provide individual medical advice. Participants should consult their own GP, doctor or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional about any personal concerns or issues raised.

2. Personal Wellness Workshops

Personal wellness workshops are intended to provide broad-ranging information and guidance relating to health and wellbeing. They do not constitute individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

If any participant has concerns about their own health as a result of matters discussed during a workshop, they should consult their own GP, doctor or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

These workshops are intended to be collaborative and supportive. All participants are expected to respect the viewpoints of others and to maintain the confidentiality of fellow participants at all times. The organiser retains the right to ask any participant who does not follow these principles to leave the workshop.

To protect privacy and encourage open discussion, participants must not record, copy, distribute or share any part of these workshops or their content.

3. Personal Lifestyle Appointments
Personal lifestyle appointments are delivered through The Wellness Clinic Wokingham. The appointments are individualised and do provide personal health related advice. Clients must provide full disclosure of their current medical conditions and medications to facilitate a safe consultation.

Clients booking or attending personal lifestyle appointments should also refer to the separate terms and conditions of The Wellness Clinic Wokingham, which will apply to those appointments as relevant.
